About Customs Duties

We try to describe damages of items in text and pictures as much as possible, but we are unable to cover all the damages.

Condition ranks are based on the item itself, not its packaging, guarantee card, tags, etc.

• We ship via FedEx or DHL.
• FedEx and DHL do not pickup on weekends and holidays. In such cases, we will request pickup on the next business day.
• Tracking is available.
• All items are shipped from Japan. We will only ship to the address confirmed on the eBay site.
• Please make sure that your address on eBay matches the address you have requested as your shipping address before making payment.

Delivery time

Returns/Cancellation Policies

• As we selling our items on other websites ,at the same time, if the item was sold out before your purchase, your order will be cancelled with a full refund
• Customers are allowed to return the item within 30 days from the delivery or pick up date for a full refund.
